The cobblestone and tall acacia trees on the Frantsuzsky Boulevard are most reminiscent of Old Odessa. This place was home to Odessa wealthy merchants in the old days. Now the boulevard is one of the most picturesque resort districts in Odessa. The cable car rides from the Boulevard down to the Lanzheron Beach. It is fun and costs less than $5.
The steep hill parts the Frantsuzsky Boulevard from 3 beaches beneath. Paths and stairs lead downhill to the sea shore through a green zone closed to vehicle traffic. It is a favorite sight for picnics.
I want to thank you for the great trip you put together for us in Ukraine May 4th to May 16th. We had a fabulous time. All your drivers and guides were excellent. Victor did a great job getting us from Kyiv to Odesa and from Odesa to Yalta, and pointed out interesting sights along the way. And Eugene is a real treasure. Probably the best guide we have ever had.
The Rus Hotel in Kyiv was very nice. The location might be a little out of the way for some, but we did not mind the walk to the main restaurant area. The Hotel Chernoye was okay, but a little shabby. Some people might prefer something a little bit nicer and maybe a more central location. And the
Bristol Hotel was very nice. And the Boryspol Airport hotel was just fine, and great service.
We were very impressed with Ukraine. Kyiv is a great city. And Odessa was so much more than we ever expected. And we had no idea how beautiful the Crimea is.
And the food was fantastic everywhere.
Great country, great guides and drivers combined with your excellent service in arranging the details, made this a fantastic trip. I highly recommend your company for anyone who wants to go to Ukraine.
