Just a short note to thanks a lot for arrange our train tickets from Kiev to Simferopol May 17th! It all worked out so well for us, tickets waiting for us upon arrival to Radisson SAS Hotel in Kiev. It was a very long trip by train, but very interesting! Had a wonderful stay at Crimea, was all over the area, even we made it out to Balaklava and Sevastopol!
Had boat trips and visited everything worthwhile to see, included the top of "Ai-Petri! Even weather was nice all the time. We will be back in wonderful Ukraina, then we plan a cruise on the Dnjepr river from Kiev all the way to Yalta with stop in Odessa. Again thanks a lot from two Norwegians now very "devoted" to your country!

I've recently returned from travel in Ukraine, where your company booked my hotels. I would like to thank you and commend your staff for their excellent service, first by Oksana before we left and later in Kiev by Irina who was so helpful and efficient at solving problems with the hotels for us. I will certainly recommend your agency!

I wish to thank you for all the arrangements. We had a interesting and pleasant holiday in your country. The hotels were ok, especially the one in Yalta. Our guides were really fantastic. They told us a lot about the history and the situation nowadays. Highlights were our visits to the submarine base, the cave city in the middle of beautiful nature, the little Tatarian restaurant and the Khan palace.
In Odessa we took the tram 5 to the beach and discovered a nice restaurant with quite a history: Fat Mozes. Furthermore we walked a lot in Odessa. The train facilities were also ok We managed to make a reservation in Kiev for the train to Warsaw. That was not an easy thing, because no one speaks English and we could hardly read the signs in the Russian or your own language. So it was a real adventure! |

The service by your staff at the airport was excellent!
They were there to meet me the moment I stepped off the plane and accompanied me through customs and the driver was wonderful. i will highly recommend your company to others who may visit your wonderful country.

Now we are back from our holidays in the Ukraine. It was fantastic. We really enjoyed being there. Thank you once again for your organizing the hotels and train tickets for us. Also your recommendation of the car rental was a good choice. Everything was perfect. Nothing went wrong.
We wish to come back one day.
